Waterbox REEF LX 290.6 – Flagship 6ft Reef Aquarium System
The Waterbox REEF LX 290.6 is a flagship large-format reef system built for serious reef keeping. With a 6-foot display, 75 cm front-to-back depth and more than 1,090 litres total system volume, it provides significantly more aquascaping and swimming space than the INFINIA range.
Unlike the rimless INFINIA systems, the REEF LX uses a Euro-braced 19 mm ultra-clear glass display, providing the additional structural rigidity required for a system of this scale.

Advanced Sump System:
The REEF LX uses a large tiered sump designed specifically for high-capacity reef systems.
Two oversized 7-inch filter socks provide mechanical filtration and can be removed to accommodate a filter roller.
A dedicated adjustable refugium chamber can be configured for macroalgae, copepods or additional biological filtration.
The oversized skimmer chamber accommodates a wide range of large protein skimmers and media reactors.
An external RO reservoir provides freshwater storage for connection to an automatic top-off system.
Premium Aluminium Cabinet:
The REEF LX 290.6 is supplied with a fully assembled cabinet built around a heavy-duty 30 mm aluminium frame.
High-capacity adjustable levelling feet provide stability, while a dedicated electrical compartment keeps controllers, power supplies and cables organised and separated from the main equipment area.

Lighting, return pump, protein skimmer, heater, circulation pumps and other reef equipment can then be selected separately to suit the intended system.
The REEF LX 290.6 is particularly suited to customers wanting a true large-scale show reef. The additional 75 cm front-to-back depth is one of its biggest advantages, providing considerably more room for layered rockwork and large mature coral colonies while the 808-litre display offers substantial swimming space for larger reef fish.
